Blacklisted people find it hard to apply for cell phone contracts because they are more often turned down. Clients must provide Freeway Financial Services with a copy of their ID, latest payslip, three months’ bank statements and proof of residence. Clients only earning commission or are self-employed are not eligible to apply. Clients may also not be under debt counselling or administration, insolvent or liquidated.
